Met all our expectations.
Very nice rooms. Absolutely 100 % clean, in the rooms as well as elsewhere, good beds, very friendly owners, very good breakfast. Recommendable, we'll be back!
Only 1 detail: there was a small step between the room and the bathroom, which surprised me in the dark. Could perhaps be made a bit more visual in order to avoid falling down.

A great experience 10/10
From the moment we arrived the host was extremely friendly, gave us a short tour of the facilities and how to use the secure entry & exit gates. We were offered complimentary drinks (beer) on arrival. We decided to have breakfasts & evening meals. Breakfast was a continent style with all you would expect and was 1st class. The evening dining was exceptional, the menu choice was vast and quality superb and can recommend the Flemish Stew. There is also a large selection of beers and wine to choose from. Extremely biker friendly with secure under cover parking available.
Just the one annoying mosquito that refused to die! There were also some major roadworks in the village but did not spoil the visit.

Just a pity the hotel did not have its own carpark, rather than having to leave ones vehicle on the street opposite the hotel, albeit under street lights.
